摘　　要：[目的]以《肘后备急方》为研究对象,深入挖掘其特色中药炮制技术,旨在从古籍经典中提炼中药炮制的精华,为现代中药炮制及临床应用提供理论依据。[方法]系统整理《肘后备急方》中所记载的中药炮制加工内容,按照炮制工艺进行分类归纳。通过对比不同炮制方法下药物治疗不同病症的疗效,分析不同炮制方法对药物药性、功效及毒性的影响,探讨《肘后备急方》的特色炮制技术。[结果]研究发现,《肘后备急方》中应用了净制、切制、水飞等多种炮制技术。这些炮制方法能够显著改变药物的药性、功效及毒性,减少药物的不良反应,提高药物的临床疗效。[结论]《肘后备急方》的特色炮制技术对中药临床应用具有重要指导价值,为现代中药炮制技术的发展提供了宝贵的借鉴和启示,有助于推动中药炮制学科的进步。[Objective]Taking the Zhouhou Beiji Fang as the research object,in-depth excavation of its characteristic traditional Chinese medicine concoction technology is aimed at extracting the essence of traditional Chinese medicine concoction from ancient classics and providing theoretical basis for modern traditional Chinese medicine concoction and clinical application.[Methods]The contents of Chinese herbal medicine concoctions recorded in Zhouhou Beiji Fang are systematically organized and categorized according to the concocting techniques.By comparing the efficacy of different concoctions in the treatment of different diseases and analyzing the effects of different concoctions on the medicinal properties,efficacy and toxicity of the medicines,the special concoctions of Zhouhou Beiji Fang were explored.[Results]It was found that a variety of concocting techniques such as purification,cutting and water-flying were applied in the Zhouhou Beiji Fang.These concoctions can significantly change the medicinal properties,efficacy and toxicity of the drugs,reduce the adverse reactions of the drugs and improve the clinical efficacy of the drugs.[Conclusion]The characteristic concoction technique of Zhouhou Beiji Fang has important guiding value for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine,provides valuable reference and inspiration for the development of modern traditional Chinese medicine concoction technique,and helps to promote the progress of the discipline of traditional Chinese medicine concoction.
