摘 要:教育、科技、人才是中国式现代化的基础性、战略性支撑。高校毕业研究生是党和国家的宝贵人才资源,是推进中国式现代化的主力军,其就业不仅关系到经济高质量发展,还影响民生福祉和社会稳定。尽管我国就业形势总体稳定,且已经实现了较为充分的就业,但高校毕业研究生作为就业重点群体要实现高质量充分就业,仍面临诸多难点,包括就业总量压力、结构性就业矛盾及就业心理偏差等。要破解诸多难题,需要多措并举,一是提高教育供给与人才需求的匹配度;二是破除“体制内”就业偏好;三是健全就业公共服务保障体系;四是推动经济发展促进就业扩容提质。Education,science and technology,and human resources are the basic and strategic underpinnings of Chinese modernization.College graduates are valuable human resources for the Communist Party of China and the country,and the main force for promoting Chinese modernization.Their employment is not only related to highquality economic development,but also affects people's well-being and social stability.Although China's employment situation is generally stable,and has achieved relatively full employment,as a key employment group to achieve high-quality full employment,college graduates still face many difficulties,including total employment pressure,structural employment contradictions,and employment psychological deviation.To solve many problems,we need to take a number of measures at the same time.First,to improve the matching degree between education supply and talent demand;The second is to abolish"institutional"employment preference;Third,improve the employment public service guarantee system;Fourth,we will promote economic development,increasing employment capacity and improving quality.
