摘 要:针对串行方法易造成算法复杂度和诊断时间的累积问题,提出一种适用于载波移相调制级联全桥中点钳位逆变器的并行开路故障诊断方法,可实现不同子模块内多个故障器件的独立在线诊断,其复杂度与诊断时间随子模块数增加维持不变。分析并对比正常与故障工况下子模块电容电压变化与发散趋势,总结电压异常偏差与故障器件的对应关系,根据输出电流与电压偏差实现故障检测,同时缩小故障定位范围。考虑容值差异与直流电压低频波动,推导电压异常变化高精度提取,采用假设、验证方法计算待定器件引起的电压偏差,与提取结果对比后实现故障定位。最后,在包含3个子模块的实验样机上验证所提方法的可行性和有效性。Serial methods may easily lead to the accumulation of algorithm complexity and diagnostic time.A parallel open-circuit fault diagnosis method is proposed for cascaded full-bridge neutral point clamped(NPC)inverters employing carrier phase shifted modulation in this paper,which can achieve independent online diagnosis of multiple faults in different submodules.The complexity and diagnosis time remain unchanged as the submodule number increases.The voltage changes and divergence trends of submodule capacitors under normal and fault conditions are analyzed and compared.The corresponding relationship between the abnormal voltage deviation and the faulty device is summarized.The fault detection is achieved based on the output current and voltage deviation,which also reduces the fault location range.Considering capacitance differences and low-frequency fluctuations of the DC voltage,high-precision extraction of abnormal voltage changes is derived.Hypo-thesis and validation methods are used to calculate the voltage deviation caused by the undetermined devices,and the fault location is further achieved by comparing them with the extracted results.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified on the experimental prototype containing three submodules.
