摘 要:为研究海水介质下的潮流能水轮机空化特性,揭示水中盐含量对空化的影响,采用数值模拟方法对潮流能水轮机开展空化流场研究。以氯化钠溶液为流体介质,分析不同含盐量条件下的空化特性。结果表明:随着氯化钠质量分数增加,潮流能水轮机叶片空化区域呈近似线性增长;空化区域集中在叶片背面,从叶尖向叶片中部发展;在不同温度的盐水介质中,空化区域随着温度升高而增大。此外,还分析叶片绕流流场中的涡流特性,发现局部涡流结构集中在叶顶尾流区域;基于熵产理论分析流场中的能量损失特性,发现损失主要源于湍流耗散和壁面耗散,能量损失集中区域与空化区域相对应;比较不同含盐量的熵产特性,发现能量损失随着氯化钠质量分数增加而增大。研究成果对潮流能水轮机的空化性能研究具有一定的参考价值。In order to study the cavitation characteristics of tidal current turbine in seawater medium and reveal the effect of salt content on cavitation,numerical simulation is used to conduct research on the cavitation flow field of tidal current turbine.Sodium chloride solution is used as the fluid medium to analyze the cavitation characteristics under different salt content conditions.The results show that the cavitation region on the tidal current turbine blade increases approximately linearly with the increase of the mass fraction of sodium chloride.The cavitation region is concentrated on the back of the blade,developing from the blade tip towards the middle.In saline water media at different temperatures,the cavitation region increases with increasing temperature.In addition,the vortex characteristics in the flow field around the blade are analyzed,and it is found that the local vortex structures are concentrated in the wake region of blade tip.Based on the entropy production theory,energy loss characteristics in the flow field are analyzed.It is found that the loss is mainly caused by the turbulence dissipation and wall dissipation,with energy loss concentrated regions corresponding to the cavitation regions.Comparisons of entropy production characteristics at different salt contents reveals that energy loss increases with the increase of sodium chloride mass fraction.These research findings have certain reference value for the cavitation performance study of tidal current turbines.
