摘  要:【目的】为了测定不同浓度赤霉素(GA_(3))对不同温度下甜菜种子的引发效果。【方法】选用‘TD802’甜菜种子作为试验材料,以不同浓度赤霉素(GA_(3))作为引发剂,分别设置5、15、25 mg/L三个浓度梯度,并设置20、10、4℃三个温度梯度,共9个处理。通过对‘TD802’甜菜种子浸泡回干后发芽培养,测定其发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数及电导率。【结果】不同温度梯度下,经不同浓度GA_(3)处理的甜菜种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均高于对照组,20℃下,5 mg/L GA_(3)处理的发芽势、活力指数,25 mg/L GA_(3)处理的发芽率、发芽指数高于其他处理组;10℃下,5 mg/L GA_(3)处理的发芽势、发芽指数与25 mg/L GA_(3)处理的发芽率、活力指数高于其他处理组;4℃下,25 mg/L GA_(3)处理的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数高于其他处理组。不同温度梯度下,25 mg/L GA_(3)处理的电导率值均低于其他处理组。【结论】25 mg/L GA_(3)浸种处理对低温胁迫下的甜菜种子引发效果最好,优于其他处理组,有效提高了低温胁迫下甜菜种子的萌发活力。【Objective】To determine the priming effect of different concentrations of gibberellic acid(GA_(3))on sugar beet seeds under various temperatures.【Methods】‘TD802’sugar beet seeds were chosen as the experimental material,and different concentrations of gibberellic acid(GA_(3))were taken as the priming agent,with three concentration gradients of 5,15 and 25 mg/L,and three temperature gradients of 20,10 and 4℃,which totaled to 9 treatments.After soaking and drying,the seeds of TD802 were subjected to germination culture,and their germination vigor,germination rate,germination index,vigor index,and electrical conductivity were measured.【Results】Under various temperature gradients,the germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index of sugar beet seeds treated with different concentrations of GA_(3) were higher than the control group.At 20℃,the treatment with 5 mg/L GA_(3) showed higher germination potential and vigor index,and the treatment with 25 mg/L GA_(3) presented higher germination rate and germination index,compared to those in other treatment groups.At 10℃,the treatment with 5 mg/L GA_(3) showed higher germination potential and germination index,and the treatment with 25 mg/L GA_(3) presented higher germination rate and vigor index,compared to those in other treatment groups.At 4℃,the treatment with 25 mg/L GA_(3) exhibited higher germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index compared to those in other treatment groups.For different temperature gradients,the electrical conductivity value was the lowest in the treatment with 25 mg/L GA_(3) than that in other treatment groups.【Conclusion】Seed soaking with 25 mg/L GA_(3) demonstrated the best priming effect on sugar beet seeds under low temperature stress,superior to other treatment groups,which effectively improved the germination vigor of sugar beet seeds under low temperature stress.
