摘　　要：辨证论治是中医认识与治疗疾病的基本原则,辨证尚存在一定的主观性和模糊性,但伴随着中医证候特异性生物学等基础研究的发展,极大推动了中医证候的客观化,证候的客观化研究是目前中医研究领域的热点之一。对冠心病不同中医证型,结合现代医学客观化指标与量化方式,实现冠心病中医证候的客观化和规范化,揭示其微观生理病理机制,有利于认识证候的实质,探讨中医辨证分型的客观依据,为中医早期诊断冠心病提供参考依据。文章将从冠心病中医证候与影像学资料(冠状动脉CT及造影检查、颈动脉超声、心脏彩超)、实验室检查指标(脂代谢指标、凝血指标、血液流变学、炎症介质、血清胆红素)、多组学研究(基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学)、表观遗传学研究(DNA甲基化)四方面入手,对冠心病中医证候客观化研究成果作一综述,希冀为冠心病中西医结合诊疗模式的发展提供一定的科学借鉴。Syndrome differentiation and treatment are the basic principles of understanding and treating diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).There is still a certain subjectivity and ambiguity in syndrome differentiation,but with the development of basic research such as the specificity of TCM syndrome biology,it has greatly promoted the objectification of TCM syndrome.The objectification of syndrome research is currently one of the hot topics in the field of TCM research.By combining modern medical objective indicators and quantitative methods with different TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease(CHD),it can achieve the objectivity and standardization of TCM syndromes of CHD,reveal their micro physiological and pathological mechanisms,facilitate the understanding of the essence of syndromes,explore the objective basis of TCM syndrome differentiation,and provide reference for early diagnosis of coronary heart disease by TCM.The article reviewed the objective research results of TCM syndrome differentiation in CHD from four aspects:TCM syndrome differentiation and imaging data(coronary CT and contrast examination,carotid ultrasound,cardiac ultrasound),laboratory examination indicators(lipid metabolism indicators,coagulation indicators,hemorheology,inflammatory mediators,serum bilirubin),multi omics research(genomics,transcriptomics,proteomics,metabolomics),and epigenetic research(DNA methylation).It is hoped that this will provide scientific references for the development of integrated TCM and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment models for CHD.
