摘　　要：该文聚焦于中医“形气神理论”框架,对越鞠丸在双心疾病治疗中的应用进行理论探讨。中医学将人体视为一个由形、气、神三者构成的统一整体,三者间相互依存、相互影响,共同维持着人体的健康状态。双心疾病作为一种身心交互影响的疾病,其发病机制与演变过程紧密关联于形、气、神三者的动态平衡状态。当其中任一因素出现失衡时,都将导致整体功能的紊乱,进而成为疾病发生的诱因或加重因素。因此在治疗双心疾病的过程中,应兼顾调气、安神、复形,以恢复形气神的和谐统一。越鞠丸作为经典方剂,其独特的组方配伍与药效机制与形气神理论高度契合。该文将越鞠丸从形气神一体同调,结合现代药理学的研究成果以及临床应用案例,在调节形气神平衡从而治疗双心疾病中的应用进行了探析,以期为临床防治双心疾病、推动中医理论在现代医学实践中的创新应用与发展提供新的思路。This article focuses on the theoretical exploration of the application of Yueju Pill(越鞠丸)in the treatment of pycho-cardiological disease within the framework of the“body-Qi-spirit theory”in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).TCM regards the human body as a unified entity composed of body,Qi and spirit,which are interdependent and mutually influencing,jointly maintaining the health status of the human body.Pycho-cardiological disease,as a type of disease with physical and mental interaction,has their pathogenesis and evolution process closely related to the dynamic balance of body,Qi and spirit.When any one of these factors is imbalanced,it will lead to the disorder of the overall function and become an inducing or aggravating factor for the occurrence of the disease.Therefore,in the treatment of pychocardiological disease,it is necessary to consider regulating Qi,calming the spirit,and restoring form to restore the harmonious unity of body,Qi and spirit.Yueju Pill,as a classic prescription,has its unique composition and efficacy mechanism that highly conforms to the body-Qi-spirit theory.This article explores the application of Yueju Pill in regulating the balance of body,Qi and spirit for the treatment of pycho-cardiological disease by integrating the research results of modern pharmacology and clinical application cases,with the aim of providing new thoughts for the clinical prevention and treatment of pychocardiological disease and promoting the innovative application and development of TCM theories in modern medical practice.
