侯江红治疗小儿积滞常用药对经验探析

摘　　要：侯江红教授是全国第二批名老中医学术继承人,河南省名中医,其从医40余载,擅长从脾胃入手治疗小儿积滞,临证善于运用药对辨证施治。侯教授认为积滞多属本虚标实之证,先天禀赋不足、脾胃虚弱为本,食积、湿浊为标,强调治疗此病要标本兼顾、调体护正,进展期急当去其标,以消积导滞、运脾清热为法;恢复期缓则护其本,以补脾化湿、行气消食为要。临证喜用槟榔-枳壳、大黄-炒牵牛子、车前子-栀子、黄芩-姜半夏、麸炒苍术-炒白术、茯苓-炒白扁豆、焦神曲-炒麦芽、姜厚朴-白豆蔻等药对治疗小儿积滞,屡获良效。该文总结了侯教授治疗小儿积滞的学术思想以及药对使用经验,以期为中医药治疗本病提供新思路。Professor HOU Jianghong is the second group of famous traditional Chinese medicine academic heir,Henan Province famous traditional Chinese medicine,whose medical experience more than 40 years.He is good at starting from the spleen and stomach to treat children indigestion,treat syndrome differentiation.Professor HOU believes that the accumulation of stagnation is mainly the syndrome of deficiency of the essence,the weakness of the spleen and stomach as the basis,the food accumulation and phlegm and turbidness as the branch,emphasizing that the treatment of this disease should be taken into account the root and the branch,regulating the body and protecting the healthy Qi,and the progress of the urgent to remove the branch,to eliminate the accumulation of stagnation,activating spleen and clearing heat as the method.The recovery period is to protect its root,in order to tonify spleen and resolve dampness,moving Qi and promoting digestion.Clinically,it is popular to use Binglang(Arecae Semen)-Zhiqiao(Aurantii Fructus),Dahuang(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma)-fried Qianniuzi(Pharbitidis Semen),Cheqianzi(Plantaginis Semen)-Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)-ginger-processed Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma)fried with bran-fried Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Fuling(Poria)-fried Baibiandou(Lablab Semen Album),Shenqu(Massa Medicata Fermentata)stir-frying to brown-fried Maiya(Hordei Fructus Crerminatus),ginger-processed Houpo(Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex)-Baidoukou(Amomi Fructus Rotundus)and other drug pairs,the curative effect is obvious.This paper summarized Professor Hou's academic thought and experience of using drug pairs in treating children with indigestion,in order to provide new ideas for TCM treatment of this disease.
