富血小板血浆促进肛瘘术后创面愈合作用机制及联合中医治疗展望

摘　　要：肛瘘是肛门直肠的常见疾病,术后创面属于污染开放性创面,愈合需要较长的时间,甚至难以愈合。富血小板血浆是一种新型生物制剂,因能释放多种活性因子如生长因子、细胞因子等而广泛参与到组织修复再生的多种调控过程中,是皮肤创伤后临床中常用的治疗手段。信号通路是重要的细胞信号转导通路,参与调控多种细胞行为和功能,对于细胞增殖、分化、命运决定以及组织形成和再生过程具有重要作用。该文总结了富血小板血浆干预促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的可能细胞信号通路,以期为后续富血小板血浆治疗肛瘘术后创面愈合的动物以及体内实验提供理论参考。此外,富血小板血浆联合中医药治疗具有较好的临床应用前景,值得深入研究。Anal fistula is a common disease of the rectum,and the postoperative wound is a contaminated open wound that takes a long time to heal,and may even be difficult to heal.Platelet-rich plasma is a new kind of biological agent,which can release many active factors such as growth factors,cytokines and so on,it is a commonly used method in clinical treatment of skin trauma.Signaling pathways are important cell signaling pathways involved in the regulation of a variety of cellular behaviors and functions,and play an important role in cell proliferation,differentiation,fate determination,and tissue formation and regeneration.This article summarized the possible cellular signal pathway of platelet-rich plasma in promoting wound healing after anal fistula surgery,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the follow-up platelet-rich plasma treatment of wound healing after anal fistula surgery in animals and in vivo experiments.In addition,the combination of platelet-rich plasma and traditional Chinese medicine shows promising clinical application prospects and deserves further in-depth study.
