摘  要:黄芪建中汤载于《金匮要略》,具有温中补虚、和里缓急的功效,是建中补虚的代表方剂之一。临床常用于治疗消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎、功能性消化不良、溃疡性结肠炎等消化系统疾病,现代药理研究表明其具有抗炎、抗氧化、调节免疫功能、保护胃肠黏膜等药理作用。该文总结了黄芪建中汤的化学成分和治疗消化系统疾病的临床应用研究进展,并基于中药质量标志物(Q-Marker)“五原则”,即质量传递与溯源、成分特有性、成分与药效关联、复方配伍环境及成分可测性对黄芪建中汤的Q-Marker进行预测分析,提示黄芪甲苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、6-姜酚、桂皮醛、甘草苷、甘草酸、槲皮素、山柰酚、β-谷甾醇可作为黄芪建中汤的Q-Marker,为该方治疗消化系统疾病质量标准体系提供参考。Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction(黄芪建中汤)is recorded in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber and has the effects of warming the middle and tonifying deficiency,as well as slowing down the internal urgency.It is one of the representative prescriptions for warming the middle and tonifying deficiency.Clinically,it is commonly used to treat digestive system diseases such aspeptic ulcer,chronic gastritis,functional dyspepsia and ulcerative colitis.Modern pharmacological resarch has shown that it has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammation,antioxidantion,immune regulation,and protection of gastrointestinal mucosa.This article summarizes the research progress on the chemical composition and treatment of digestive system diseases in Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction.Based on the“five principles”of traditional Chinese medicine quality markers(Q-Marker),namely quality transfer and traceability,component specificity,component efficacy correlation,compound compatibility environment,and component measurability,the Q-Marker of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction is predicted and analyzed.It suggests that AstraglosideⅣ,Calycosin,Paeoniflorin glycoside,Paeoniflorin lactone glycoside,6-gingerol,cinnamaldehyde,glycyrrhizin,glycyrrhetinic acid,quercetin,kaempferol,andβ-sitosterol can be used as Q-markers for Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,providing reference for the quality standard system of our formula for treating digestive system diseases.
