熟地黄历史沿革及其化学成分和药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：地黄作为“四大怀药”之一,同时也是“生熟异用”的典型代表之一。地黄经蒸制成熟地黄后可使药性由寒转温,功效由清热凉血、养阴生津转为滋阴补血、填精益髓。熟地黄的炮制方法多样,在历史中也多有记载。如蒸制、煮制、酒制等。熟地黄作为地黄的主要炮制品,也是中医常用的大宗品种,其临床疗效确切,用药历史悠久,在临床中常用于治疗遗精、崩漏、月经不调、消渴、耳聋、目昏等证。随着研究的深入,发现熟地黄的成分与功效十分丰富。故为了更好地使用和开发熟地黄,该文通过查阅本草典籍中有关熟地黄的记载,厘清了熟地黄炮制的历史沿革及功效变化情况;并采用中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方等检索工具对熟地黄的化学成分、药理作用等方面的研究内容进行了检索,厘清熟地黄近现代研究的基本情况。该文既可为熟地黄的实验研究提供文献支撑,也能为熟地黄在临床的合理应用提供理论依据。Dihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa),as one of the“four major Huai medicines”,is also one of the typical representatives of“raw and cooked different uses”.Dihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa)is steamed into Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata),which can make the drug property change from cold to warm,and the effect change from clearing heat and cooling blood,nourishing Yin and generating fluid to nourishing Yin and tonifying blood,and filling marrow.The processing methods of Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)are various,and there are many records in history.Such as steaming,cooking,wine and so on.As the main processed product of Dihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)is also a common variety of traditional Chinese medicine.It has definite clinical efficacy and a long history of medication.It is often used in clinical treatment of spermatorrhea,metrorrhagia,irregular menstruation,diabetes,deafness,dizziness and other diseases.With the deepening of research,the composition and efficacy of Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Preparata)are also more abundant.Therefore,in order to better use and develop Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata),this paper clarifies the historical evolution and efficacy changes of Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)processing by consulting the records of Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)in herbal classics.The research contents of chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)were searched by CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and other search tools to clarify the basic situation of modern research of Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata).This paper can not only provide literature support for the experimental study of Rehmannia glutinosa,but also provide theoretical basis for the rational application of this variety in clinic.
