中药外敷结合五行音乐治疗良性非毒性甲状腺结节(肝郁痰阻型)临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药外敷结合五行音乐治疗良性非毒性甲状腺结节(肝郁痰阻型)的临床疗效。方法入组90例符合良性非毒性甲状腺结节(肝郁痰阻型)诊断标准的患者随机分为3组,分别为中药外敷联合五行音乐组、中药外敷组、空白组,每组30例,疗程为3个月。治疗前后评估甲状腺结节最大径、结节恶性风险积分、中医证候评分、甲状腺功能、肝肾功能等指标,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗后中药外敷组、中药外敷联合五行音乐组甲状腺结节最大径较治疗前均减小(P<0.05);治疗后中药外敷组、中药外敷联合五行音乐组分别与空白组比较甲状腺结节最大径均有减小(P<0.05);治疗后中药外敷组中医证候疗效总有效率为73.33%,中药外敷联合五行音乐组中医证候疗效总有效率为90%;治疗后,中药外敷联合五行音乐组对比中药外敷组在中医单项症状气短善太息、胸胁(乳房)胀痛、夜寐差、症状随情绪变化等项积分中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药外敷联合五行音乐组及中药外敷组对比空白组恶性风险积分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷联合五行音乐组能够有效缩小肝郁痰阻型良性非毒性甲状腺结节的最大径并改善中医证候。Objective To obsereve the effect of external application of Chinese herbs with elements music in the treatment of benign non-toxic thyroid nodule(liver depression and phlegm obstruction type).Methods 90 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for benign non-toxic thyroid nodules(liver depression and phlegm obstruction type)were randomly divided into 3 groups.The maximum diameter of thyroid nodules,nodule malignancy risk score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,thyroid function,liver and kidney function,and other indicators were evaluated before and after treatment for statistical analysis.The treatment group received external application of Chinese herbs with five elements music.The control group received external application of Chinese herbs.The blank group was followed up for a course of 3 months.Results Before and after treatment,the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules in both the external application of Chinese herbs group and the external application of Chinese herbs with five elements music group decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules in both the external application of Chinese herbs group and external application of Chinese herbs with five elements music group decreased compared to those of the blank group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of external application of Chinese herbs group in treating traditional Chinese medicine symptoms was 73.33%,and the total effective rate of external application of Chinese herbs with five elements music group in treating traditional Chinese medicine symptoms was 90%.After treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05)in the single symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,such as shortness of breath,chest and rib pain,insomnia,and changes in symptoms with emotions between the external application of Chinese herbs with five elements music group compared to those of the external application of Chinese herbs group.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the malignant risk score between
