摘　　要：在数字经济时代,数据已跃升为继土地、劳动力、资本、技术之后的第五大生产要素。数据资产化作为数据要素市场化配置的核心引擎,其价值实现依赖于企业构建的全生命周期管理体系。作为市场主体的企业,需通过数据确权、价值计量、合规流通等环节的创新实践,激活数据要素潜能,形成数据价值释放的长效机制。这一过程既是企业培育核心竞争力的选择,也是推动经济高质量发展的数据治理新范式。首先,明确数据资产化政策要求,辨析数据资产化相关概念,界定数据资产化的内涵;其次,从政策与实践两个维度综合考虑,构建了企业数据资产化核心路径和主要环节;最后,对未来数据资产化的发展进行了展望并提出了相应建议。Data has become a critical production factor alongside land,labor,capital,and technology.Data assetization serves as the core driver for the rapid development of the data element market.As market entities,enterprises need to activate the potential of data elements and establish a long-term mechanism for releasing data value through innovative practices in data rights confirmation,value measurement,and compliant circulation.This paper first clarifies the policy requirements for data assetization,distinguishes related concepts,and defines its scope.Then,it constructs the core pathways and key phases of enterprise data assetization by integrating policy and practical dimensions.Finally,it provides prospects and recommendations for future development of enterprise data assetization.
