摘 要:当前数据要素市场面临确权模糊、信任缺失、监管困难等挑战。提出基于区块链技术的可信流通关键机制,涵盖链上可信数据集助力分布式数字身份更可信、基于智能合约透明规则及自动执行保障数据流通交易过程更可信、全生命周期数据链上存证保障数据更可信、区块链助力数据资产通证化确保资产流动透明度四个方面。通过对典型案例分析,验证了区块链技术在数据流通中的可行性和有效性。Currently,the data element market is facing challenges such as ambiguous ownership,lack of trust,and difficulties in supervision.This paper proposes key mechanisms for trustworthy data circulation based on blockchain technology,covering four aspects:the use of on-chain trusted datasets to enhance the credibility of distributed digital identities;transparent rules and automatic execution based on smart contracts to ensure more trustworthy data circulation transactions;full lifecycle data storage on the chain to ensure data credibility;and blockchain-enabled data asset tokenization to ensure asset liquidity transparency.The feasibility and effectiveness of blockchain technology in data circulation have been verified through the analysis of typical case studies.
