摘 要:济南市作为中国东部的重要城市,近年来由于城市化快速发展,导致土地开发利用程度不断提升,因此研究其土地利用时空变化特征,对于推动城市合理利用土地资源以及实现生态、社会和经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。本研究运用ArcGIS对济南市的土地利用数据进行定量分析,构建土地利用变化幅度模型、土地利用变化程度模型以及土地利用转移矩阵,以剖析济南市2001-2020年土地利用的时空变化特征。研究结果显示,在2001-2020年济南市的各类土地利用类型中,耕地面积减少了11.4037%,而建设用地面积增加了46.2442%。同时,土地利用程度综合指数从2001年的297.5617提高至2020年的304.8098,这表明济南市在这20年间土地利用程度不断提高。此外,济南市的土地利用程度变化量均为正值,说明济南市的土地利用始终处于发展期。鉴于此,有必要进一步优化土地利用规划,提升济南市土地利用社会-经济-生态综合效益。As an important city in eastern China,Jinan has experienced rapid urbanization,in recent years,leading to continuous intensification of land development and utilization.Studying the spatiotemporal characteristics of land-use changes in Jinan is therefore crucial for promoting rational land resource allocation and achieving sustainable ecological,social,and economic development.In this study,AreGIS was employed to quantitatively analyze land-use data in Jinan.Models such as land-use change magnitude model and land-use change degree model,and the land-use transfer matrix were constructed to investigate the spatiotemporal characteristics of land-use changes from 2001 to 2020.The results indicate that among various land-use types in Jinan during this period,the area of cultivated land decreased by 11.4037%,whereas construction land increased by 46.2442%.At the same time,the comprehensive land-use degree index rose from 297.5617 in 2001 to 304.8098 in 2020,which indicates that the land-use degree of Jinan has been increasing over the two decades.Furthermore,all land-use degree changes exhibited positive values,suggesting that Jinan's land-use system remained in a developmental phase throughout the study period.Given these findings,it is necessary to further optimize land-use planning to enhance the socio-economic-ecological comprehensive benefits of land utilization in Jinan.
