摘　　要：基于多年锚设备的设计经验的基础上,分析和总结了大量AC-14大抓力锚的木模拉锚试验和实船拉锚的经验,提出了一种适用于AC-14大抓力锚的锚唇设计方法。该方法按“锚的实船收藏位置”设计锚唇,可以解决AC-14大抓力锚锚唇卡锚和锚与锚唇不能很好地贴合的问题。经多型实船验证,该设计方法简单实用,可以确保木模拉锚试验一次成功,可为锚唇设计借鉴。Based on extensive experience in anchor equipment design,this study analyzes and summarizes data from wooden model anchor-handling tests and full-scale ship trials of the AC-14 high-holding-power anchor.A design method for the anchor lip suitable for the AC-14 anchor is proposed.By designing the anchor lip according to the"actual stowage position of the anchor on ships,"this method addresses issues such as anchor jamming and poor fitting between the anchor and the lip.Validated through multiple ship types,the approach is simple,practical,and ensures successful wooden model tests on the first attempt,offering valuable insights for anchor lip design.
