摘  要:新型大型小水线面双体船襟翼舵连接套筒组件以最终状态供货,船台安装后无需加工,进而对安装过程的精度控制有了更高的要求。本文详细探讨了该船襟翼舵连接套筒安装过程中的控制措施,采用适当的焊接工艺来控制热变形,并在焊接过程中实时监控内孔中心与舵系理论中心偏差数据,以便及时调整焊接顺序,从而保证了连接套筒安装精度。通过这些措施的细致分析和实践应用,可以为今后类似船舶的建造提供宝贵经验。The flap rudder connecting sleeve assembly for a new large Small Waterplane Area Twin Hull(SWATH)vessel is supplied in its final state,requiring no post-installation machining on the berth.This imposes higher demands on precision control during installation.This paper details control measures for the installation process of the connecting sleeve.Appropriate welding techniques are adopted to mitigate thermal deformation,and real-time monitoring of deviations between the inner bore center and the theoretical rudder system center is conducted during welding.This enables timely adjustments to the welding sequence,ensuring installation accuracy.Through rigorous analysis and practical application,these measures provide valuable insights for the construction of similar vessels in the future.
