摘　　要：本文针对9500 m^(3)多用途气体运输船C型液货罐的安装工艺及质量风险防范进行研究。详细介绍安装程序、生产准备、注意事项、精确定位、环氧浇注等内容,旨在确保液货罐安装满足工艺要求及施工过程的顺利进行。研究结果表明,通过严格的工艺控制和合理的辅助工装设计,可以有效保证液货罐的吊装顺利、定位准确、耐低温环氧浇注的质量要求。This study focuses on the installation process and quality risk mitigation for Type C liquid cargo tanks of a 9500 m^(3) multipurpose gas carrier.It details the installation procedures,production preparations,critical considerations,precise positioning,and epoxy pouring,aiming to ensure compliance with technical requirements and smooth construction progress.Results demonstrate that strict process control and rational auxiliary tooling design can effectively guarantee safe hoisting,accurate positioning,and quality assurance of low-temperature-resistant epoxy pouring for the tanks.
