摘　　要：本文以某转载驳船为对象,详述了料斗舱钢结构焊接、装配和安装工艺,以及料斗舱底门安装、调试、工装等,提高船舶海工产品施工质量,达到降低施工成本、提高施工效率的目标,可为类似产品施工提供借鉴。This paper focuses on a transshipment barge and details the construction techniques for hopper holds,including steel structure welding,assembly and installation processes,as well as the installation,commissioning,and tooling of hopper bottom doors.The proposed methods improve construction quality of marine engineering products while reducing costs and enhancing efficiency,providing valuable references for similar projects.
