摘 要:本文针对某型双机推进巡逻艇试航时右舷主机频繁触发冷却水高温报警且无法达到额定转速的故障展开研究。通过系统排查,发现右舷海底门拦水板施工存在严重偏差,导致高速航行时海水吸入量不足。通过改进挡水板结构,优化海水流道布局,使冷却系统供水能力恢复至设计要求。改进后试航结果表明双机同步工况下冷却效率显著提升。This paper investigates the recurring high cooling water temperature alarm and failure to reach rated RPM in the starboard main engine of a dual-engine propulsion patrol boat during sea trials.Systematic inspection revealed significant construction deviations in the starboard sea chest baffle plate,leading to insufficient seawater intake during high-speed navigation.The cooling system's water supply capacity was restored to design specifications by redesigning the baffle plate structure and optimizing the seawater flow channel configuration.Post-modification trials demonstrated markedly improved cooling efficiency under dual-engine synchronous operation.
