摘  要:某船襟翼空气舵及操控装置系泊试验时,系统随动工作模态下,发现中间襟翼空气舵在空气舵舵角零指令下,读取中间位置机械舵角指示器零位实际偏差约0.5°左右,不满足系统定位精度≤±0.3°的要求,一定程度上影响了船舶航行的操纵性能及安全性。本文根据某船襟翼空气舵装置故障现象、信息、操作情况等要素进行故障树分析,通过故障勘验、设备拆检等方法,查明出现故障的元器件,确定问题定位,开展机理分析,制定并实施纠正措施,有效排除故障,保障了船舶操纵性能及安全性。During mooring tests of a ship’s flap air rudder and control system,a zero-position deviation of approximately 0.5°was observed in the mechanical rudder angle indicator for the central flap air rudder under zerocommand conditions in the follow-up operational mode.This exceeded the required system positioning accuracy of≤±0.3°,compromising maneuverability and navigation safety.Through fault tree analysis(FTA)based on failure symptoms,operational data,and system behavior,this study identifies faulty components via inspection and disassembly,determines root causes,and investigates failure mechanisms.Corrective measures were implemented to resolve the deviation,ensuring operational reliability and safety.
