摘  要:目的 探讨皮肌炎患者血清β干扰素(IFN-β)、白细胞介素-35(IL-35)、CXC趋化因子配体10(CXCL10)水平与疾病活动度的相关性。方法 选择2021年1月至2024年1月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的108例皮肌炎患者为研究对象(皮肌炎组),依据病情分期,将患者分为活动期组(n=53)和缓解期组(n=55)。另选择同期在贵州医科大学附属医院进行体检的110例健康人员作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测所有受试者血清IFN-β、IL-35、CXCL10水平;采用皮肌炎疾病活动性评估视觉模拟量表(MYOACT)对所有皮肌炎患者的疾病活动度进行综合评估;采用Pearson相关分析评估IFN-β、IL-35、CXCL10水平与疾病活动度的相关性。结果 皮肌炎组患者血清IFN-β、IL-35、CXCL10水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。缓解期组患者血清IFN-β、IL-35、CXCL10水平显著低于活动期组(P<0.05);活动期组患者的MYOACT评分显著高于缓解期组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,皮肌炎患者的血清IFN-β、IL-35、CXCL10水平与MYOACT评分均呈正相关(r=0.621、0.682、0.609,P<0.05)。结论 血清IFN-β、IL-35、CXCL10水平与皮肌炎疾病活动度有一定相关性,可作为皮肌炎病情的辅助评估指标。Objective To investigate the correlation of serum levels of interferon-β(IFN-β),interleukin-35(IL-35),and C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 10(CXCL10)with disease activity in patients with dermatomyositis.Methods A total of 108 patients with dermatomyositis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2021 to January 2024 were included as the dermatomyositis group,who were then further divided into an active phase group(n=53)and a remission phase group(n=55)based on disease staging.Additionally,110 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the serum levels of IFN-β,IL-35,and CXCL10 in all participants.The myositis overlap disease activity assessment(MYOACT)scale was employed to comprehensively assess the disease activity in all dermatomyositis patients.Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to evaluate the correlation of IFN-β,IL-35,and CXCL10 levels with disease activity.Results The serum levels of IFN-β,IL-35,and CXCL10 in the dermatomyositis group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IFN-β,IL-35,and CXCL10 in the remission phase group were significantly lower than those in the active phase group(P<0.05).The MYOACT score in the active phase group was significantly higher than that in the remission phase group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum levels of IFN-β,IL-35,and CXCL10 were positively correlated with the MYOACT score in dermatomyositis patients(r=0.621,0.682,0.609,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum IFN-β,IL-35,and CXCL10 are correlated with the disease activity of dermatomyositis patients and can be used as auxiliary evaluation indicators for dermatomyositis.
