摘 要:随着现代成像技术的迅速发展,微创消融治疗作为手术切除肿瘤的替代方法已广泛应用于临床。临床上常用的肿瘤消融方式包括微波消融、射频消融、冷冻消融、高强度聚焦超声以及不可逆电穿孔,其中冷冻消融逐渐成为多种实体瘤的主要治疗方式。纳米技术的进步,推动着纳米载体的研发,它们连接了冷冻消融与精准全面的肿瘤治疗。通过成像引导,纳米载体可以在冷冻消融的过程中精确地联合递送药物,从而有效提高冷冻消融的治疗效果。这一技术创新使得冷冻消融不仅能通过低温直接破坏肿瘤组织,还依赖于药物的协同作用,使其在治疗过程中更加精准和全面地靶向肿瘤细胞,实现对肿瘤的微创、高效且多维度的综合治疗策略。本文将对冷冻消融、冷冻消融联合疗法以及纳米载体介导的冷冻消融的现状、进展和前景进行综述。With the rapid development of modern imaging techniques,minimally invasive ablation therapy,as an alternative to surgical tumor resection,has been widely used in clinical practice.Clinically commonly used tumor ablation methods include microwave ablation,radiofrequency ablation,cryoablation,high-intensity focused ultrasound,and irreversible electroporation.Among them,cryoablation has gradually become the main treatment modality for a variety of solid tumors.At the same time,advances in nanotechnology are promoting the development of nanocarriers,which cleverly connect cryoablation with precise and comprehensive tumor treatment.Through imaging guidance,nanocarriers can accurately co-deliver drugs during cryoablation,thereby effectively improving the therapeutic effect of cryoablation.This technological innovation enables cryoablation to not only directly destroy tumor tissue through low temperature,but also target tumor cells more accurately and comprehensively through the synergistic effect of drugs during the treatment process,so that minimally invasive,efficient and multi-purpose comprehensive treatment of tumors can be achieved.In this article,the current status,progress,and prospects of cryoablation,cryoablation combined therapy,and nanocarrier-mediated cryoablation were reviewed.
