摘　　要：造血干细胞移植(HSCT)是治疗多种血液系统疾病的重要手段,但其治疗相关毒性、并发症和长期副作用使患者生理功能下降,机体储备功能减退,导致躯体衰弱。衰弱是影响患者移植后健康结局的重要因素,及早识别与干预对降低移植后早期并发症和改善远期生活质量具有重要意义。目前,有关成年HSCT患者躯体衰弱方面的研究较为有限。本文系统回顾成年HSCT患者躯体衰弱的现状,重点围绕影响因素、评估工具和干预措施进行综述,旨在为及早识别成年HSCT患者并发躯体衰弱的高风险群体提供依据,并为制订干预措施提供参考。Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)is an important means in the treatment of various blood system diseases,but its treatment-related toxicity,complications,and long-term side effects can lead to a decline in physiological function,and a decrease in the body’s reserve function,resulting in physical frailty.Frailty is an important factor affecting health outcomes of patients after transplantation,early identification and intervention are of great significance in reducing early complications after transplantation and improving long-term quality of life.At present,research on physical frailty in adult patients with HSCT is relatively limited.This article systematically reviews the current situation of physical frailty in adult patients with HSCT,focusing on influencing factors,evaluation tools,and intervention measures,in order to provide a basis for early identification of high-risk groups of physical frailty in adult patients with HSCT,and provide reference for the development of intervention measures.
