摘　　要：抑郁症是临床常见的一类心境障碍,严重时可危及生命。目前抑郁症病理机制与下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴亢进导致的神经内分泌失衡密切相关。本文总结近年来中医药干预HPA轴治疗抑郁症的相关研究,发现中医药治疗抑郁症的方法虽各有不同,包括中药单体及其化合物如皂苷类、黄酮类,中药复方如柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤和针灸疗法,但均具有良好功效。本文揭示中医药通过调节HPA轴相关激素糖皮质激素、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素、肾上腺皮质激素等表达,逆转HPA轴功能紊乱,以改善抑郁症症状,为中医药在抑郁症临床应用方面提供帮助。Depressive disorder is a common type of mood disorder in clinical practice,which can be life-threatening in severe cases.The current pathological mechanism of depressive disorder is closely related to neuroendocrine imbalance caused by hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis hyperactivity.This article summarizes the relevant studies on the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy in HPA axis treatment of depressive disorder in recent years,finds that although the methods of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy in the treatment of depressive disorder are different,including Chinese materia medica monomer and its compounds such as saponins and flavonoids,Chinese materia medica compounds such as Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,but also they all have good effects.This article reveals that traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy reverses HPA axis dysfunction by regulating the expression of HPA axis related hormones such as glucocorticoids,corticotropin releasing hormone,and adrenal cortical hormone,improve symptoms of depressive disorder,in order to provide assistance for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy in depressive disorder.
