摘 要:肠道菌群是在人体肠道中生活的大量微生物群,与机体之间存在密切的相互作用,具有保护上皮细胞免受损伤、调节宿主脂肪储存、刺激肠道血管生成肠道菌群等作用。近年来,多项研究证实肠道菌群及其代谢产物在心力衰竭的发生、发展,调控,预防等方面发挥重要作用。本文通过梳理国内外研究文献,以肠道微生物与机体、心脏之间的双向关系为基点,进一步归纳肠道菌群及其代谢衍生物与心力衰竭的生理、病理联系,为探索心力衰竭新的临床治疗方法提供理论依据,寻求新靶点,探究其未来临床应用潜力。Intestinal flora is a large number of microorganisms living in the human intestine,which closely interacts with the body.It protects epithelial cells from damage,regulates host fat storage,stimulates intestinal blood vessels to generate intestinal flora,and so on.In recent years,many studies have confirmed that intestinal flora and its metabolites play an important role in the occurrence,development,regulation,and prevention of heart failure.Based on the two-way relationship between gut microbiota and the body and heart,this paper further summarizes the physiological and pathological relationship between intestinal flora and its metabolic derivatives and heart failure,providing a theoretical basis for exploring new clinical treatment methods for heart failure,seeking new targets and exploring its future clinical application potential.
