基于数据挖掘的中药复方治疗心律失常用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的采用数据挖掘技术分析治疗心律失常中药复方的组方规律,为指导临床用药与研究提供参考。方法登录国家知识产权局网站查询并记录建库至2024年10月公布的用于治疗心律失常的中药复方数据,统计药物使用频次、功效、性味归经,对高频中药进行关联规则及聚类分析。结果本研究共纳入符合标准的复方专利295项,涉及667味中药,用药频次总计3396。前3位高频单药分别为丹参、甘草与麦冬;频次≥80的中药共有10类,以补虚药占比最多;四气以温、寒、平为主;五味以甘、苦、辛居多;归经前3位分别是心、肺、肝经。基于Apriori算法得出常用药物组合包括地黄、甘草→麦冬(支持度11.525%);党参、麦冬→甘草(支持度11.186%)等;聚类分析共得到3类药物组合及2味单药。结论中药复方治疗心律失常以调补气血阴阳为主,补泻兼施、寒温并用、和合调平为本病的核心用药思路,为临床诊疗提供参考。Objective To analyze the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of arrhythmia by data mining technology,and to provide reference for guiding clinical medication and research.Methods The data of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions for the treatment of arrhythmia published from the inception to October 2024 were searched and recorded on the website of the State Intellectual Property Office.The frequency of use,efficacy,nature,flavour,and channel tropism of the drugs were counted,and the association rules and cluster analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine were carried out.Results A total of 295 compound patents were included in this study,involving 667 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 3396 times.The top three high-frequency single drugs were Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,and Ophiopogonis Radix.There were ten types of traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of≥80 times,among which deficiency tonifying drugs accounted for the most.The four nature of drugs were mainly warm,cold,and flat.The five flavors were mostly sweet,bitter,and spicy.The top three meridians were heart,lung,and liver.Based on Apriori algorithm,the commonly used drug combinations included Rehmanniae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma→Ophiopogonis Radix(support 11.525%).Codonopsis Radix,Ophiopogonis Radix→Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma(support 11.186%).Three drug combinations and two single drugs were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion The treatment of arrhythmia with traditional Chinese medicine compound is mainly based on regulating qi,blood,yin and yang.The combination of reinforcing and reducing,cold and warm,and harmony and balance are the core medication ideas of this disease,providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
