基于“毒邪”理论探析炎症与慢性心力衰竭关系

摘　　要：炎症反应与慢性心力衰竭发展密切相关,炎症可视为毒邪的微观表现,毒邪又作为炎症的理论依据,二者对于慢性心力衰竭的发生、发展及预后有着重要的意义。毒邪引起机体产生水湿、痰饮、瘀血等病理产物,加重慢性心力衰竭进程。免疫炎症反应产生大量炎症因子,刺激心肌纤维化和重塑等病理改变,参与慢性心力衰竭不同阶段的发展和过程。“毒损心络”是心力衰竭发生、发展的主要病机,贯穿慢性心力衰竭发展的始终。中医毒邪与西医炎症颇为相似,炎症因子构成毒邪的物质基础,毒邪学说则为炎症损伤机制提供诠释框架,文章基于毒邪理论阐述炎症与慢性心力衰竭的关系,推动传统中医理论与现代分子医学的深度融合,以期为中医药防治慢性心力衰竭提供新的思路。Inflammation is closely related to the development of chronic heart failure.Inflammation can be regarded as the microscopic manifestation of toxin,and toxin is the theoretical basis of inflammation.Both of them are of great significance to the occurrence,development,and prognosis of chronic heart failure.The toxin causes the body to produce pathological products such as water dampness,phlegm,and blood stasis,which aggravates the process of chronic heart failure.The immune inflammatory response produces a large number of inflammatory factors,stimulates pathological changes such as myocardial fibrosis and remodeling,and participates in the development and process of different stages of heart failure.“Drug damage to heart collaterals”is the main pathogenesis of the occurrence and development of chronic heart failure,which runs through the development of heart failure.Toxin in traditional Chinese medicine is quite similar to inflammation in western medicine.The theory of toxin provides an interpretation framework for the mechanism of inflammatory injury.Based on the theory of toxin,this paper expounds the relationship between inflammation and chronic heart failure,and promotes the deep integration of traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern molecular medicine,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure by traditional Chinese medicine.
