摘 要:目的探讨案例式立体教学法(CTTM)-慕课(MOOC)-翻转课堂教学模式在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法选取2022年10月至2023年8月在南京医科大学第一附属医院泌尿外科进行住院医师规范化培训的76名专业型硕士研究生,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组38名。对照组采用传统授课教学法,试验组采用CTTM-MOOC-翻转课堂教学模式。比较两组教学质量、自主学习能力及教学满意度。结果试验组A1/A2、A3/A4、不定项选择题、病例分析题、操作考核成绩及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组自我动机、学习信念、制订学习目标计划、获取及处理信息、交流合作能力、教学满意度、继续该教学模式评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CTTM-MOOC-翻转课堂模式教学可提高泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训教学质量,效果优于传统授课教学法,值得进一步研究和推广。Objective To explore application of case three-dimensional teaching method(CTTM)-massive open online course(MOOC)-flipped classroom teaching model in standardized training of urology residents.Methods A total of 76 professional master’s students received standardized training for residents in Department of Urology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from October 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the two groups by using a random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching method,while the experimental group adopted CTTM-MOOC-flipped classroom teaching model.Teaching quality,self-learning ability,and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results A1/A2,A3/A4,multiple choice questions,case analysis questions,operational assessment scores,and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Self motivation,learning beliefs,setting learning goals and plans,acquiring and processing information,communication and collaboration skills,teaching satisfaction,and continuing to evaluate the teaching model of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CTTM-MOOC-flipped classroom teaching model can improve teaching quality of standardized training for urology residents,the effect is better than traditional teaching methods.It is worth further research and promotion.
