摘　　要：恶性肿瘤作为严重威胁人类健康的重要卫生问题,其发病率及死亡率逐年攀升,目前已成为中国居民死亡的首位原因。化疗是临床治疗恶性肿瘤的常见手段,有较多不良反应,对肿瘤预后有不良影响。《伤寒论》以六经辨证建立较为完善的病证结构和方药体系,具有辨证精简、传变明晰、效果确切的特点,能为疑难杂病的临床诊疗提供理论支撑。化疗后患者出现恶心、呕吐、食欲减退、便秘、腹泻等消化道不良反应,多属六经之太阴病范畴。因此,本文旨在从“太阴中风-太阴中寒-系在太阴”角度,探索中医在化疗后患者消化道不良反应中的具体应用和治疗思路,以期缓解患者临床症状、减轻不良反应,为肿瘤患者化疗术后的诊疗提供理论及临床方向。As an important health problem that seriously threatens human health,malignant tumor’s morbidity and mortality rate are rising year by year,it has become the first cause of death among residents in China.Chemotherapy is a common method in clinical treatment of malignant tumors,which has many side effects,and has adverse effects on tumor prognosis.Shanghan Lun has established a relatively perfect disease syndrome structure and prescription system based on syndrome differentiation of six channels theory,which has the characteristics of concise syndrome differentiation,clear transmission,and definite curative effect,can provide theoretical support for clinical diagnosis and treatment of difficult and miscellaneous diseases.After chemotherapy,patients experience gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,decreased appetite,constipation,and diarrhea,which mostly belong to the category of taiyin disease in six channels.Therefore,this article aims to explore specific application and treatment ideas of traditional Chinese medicine in gastrointestinal adverse reactions after chemotherapy from the perspective of“taiyin disease with wind affection-taiyin disease with cold affection-taiyin involvement”,so as to alleviate clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of patients,provide theoretical and clinical directions for the diagnosis and treatment of tumor patients after chemotherapy.
