基于“虚、湿、热、毒”理论论治幽门螺杆菌感染的临床经验

摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染是消化系统常见病,与多种胃部疾病密切相关。黄穗平教授是广东省名中医,从事中医药治疗消化系统疾病研究40余年,认为Hp是湿、热、毒邪,Hp感染的发病基础为脾胃虚弱,关键病理因素为感受湿、热、毒邪,临证以益气健脾和胃,清热祛湿解毒为基本治法,创立健脾除幽方,并根据患者的症状灵活加减,临床收效甚佳。本文从“虚、湿、热、毒”角度入手,总结黄教授论治Hp感染的临床经验,为临床论治该病提供参考。Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection is a common digestive system disease closely related to various gastric diseases.Professor Huang Suiping is a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Guangdong Province,has been engaged in research on traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy in the treatment of digestive system diseases for over 40 years.It is believed that Hp is a dampness,heat,and toxin pathogens,the pathogenesis of Hp infection is based on deficiency of spleen and stomach,the key pathological factors are the perception of dampness,heat,and toxin pathogens.In clinical practice,emphasizes the basic treatment principles of replenishing qi,strengthening spleen,regulating stomach,clearing heat,eliminating dampness,and detoxication,establishes Jianpi Chuyou Fang,and flexibly adjust according to the patient’s symptoms,with excellent clinical results.This article starts from the perspective of“deficiency,dampness,heat,and toxicity”,summarizes Professor Huang’s clinical experience in the treatment of Hp infection,and provides reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
