摘　　要：目的探讨自行设计的神经外科一次性无菌保护罩对改善手术室医护人员开颅过程中职业暴露的效果。方法选取2022年12月至2023年12月在复旦大学附属华山医院110台神经外科手术,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组55名神经外科医师和55名器械护士。对照组采用常规的防护措施进行开颅手术,试验组采用自行设计的一次性无菌保护罩的防护措施,开颅结束后撤去保护罩。比较两组开颅时间、开颅时手术医师和器械护士手术衣的喷溅面积及医护人员的满意度。结果试验组手术医师和护士手术衣的喷溅面积少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组开颅时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护士满意度优于医师满意度(P<0.05)。结论研究设计的一次性无菌保护罩能够有效防止开颅手术中血液、骨屑的喷溅,降低交叉感染的风险,减少医护人员的心理负担。Objective Exploring the effect of a self-designed disposable sterile protective cover for neurosurgery on improving occupational exposure during craniotomy for medical staff in the operating room.Methods A total of 110 neurosurgical operations performed in Huashan Hospital,Fudan University from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 55 neurosurgeons and 55 instrument nurses in each group.The control group underwent craniotomy surgery using conventional protective measures,the experimental group adopted a self-designed disposable sterile protective cover as a protective measure,and removed the protective cover after craniotomy.The time of craniotomy surgery between two groups,the splashing area of surgical gowns of the surgeon and instrument nurse during craniotomy,and the satisfaction of medical staff were compared.Results The splashing area of surgical clothes of surgeons and nurses in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time of experimental group was longer than that of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in experimental group was better than that of doctors(P<0.05).Conclusion The disposable aseptic protective cover designed in this study can effectively prevent the spattering of blood and bone fragments during craniotomy,reduce the risk of cross-infection,and reduce the psychological burden of medical staff.
