摘　　要：目的:评价针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)动物实验的报告质量。方法:检索国家知识基础设施数据库、PubMed等7个数据库,筛选出符合标准的文献,用《动物研究:体内实验报告2.0》(ARRIVE guidelines 2.0)38个亚条目和《动物实验金标准报告清单》(GSPC list)54个亚条目评价报告质量,每个条目分为满足、部分满足和不满足三级,采用Excel2016统计结果。结果:纳入合格文献56篇。ARRIVE指南2.0关键条目满足率达37.33%,建议条目的满足率是22.10%,GSPC清单满足率为14.45%。主要问题有:1)实验设计内容透明度差;2)动物饲养和监测内容描述简短;3)动物福利和伦理声明不足;4)实验步骤报告不完整;5)实验结论分析不充分。结论:当前针灸治疗LDH动物实验报告的质量不高,建议未来严格遵照指南与清单进行实验设计和报告。Objective:To evaluate the quality of reports on acupuncture treatment for lumbar disc herniation(LDH)in animal experiments.Methods:Seven databases,including Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and PubMed,were searched to identify eligible studies.The quality of the reports was evaluated using the 38 sub-items of the Animal Research:Reporting In Vivo Experiments 2.0(ARRIVE guidelines 2.0)and the 54 sub-items of the Gold Standard Publication Checklist(GSPC list).Each item was rated as fully met,partially met,or not met.The results were statistically analyzed using Excel 2016.Results:A total of 56 eligible studies were included.The compliance rate for the key items of the ARRIVE guidelines 2.0 was 37.33%,while the compliance rate for the recommended items was 22.10%.The compliance rate for the GSPC checklist was 14.45%.The main issues identified included 1)poor transparency in experimental design;2)brief descriptions of animal housing and monitoring;3)insufficient statements on animal welfare and ethics;4)incomplete reporting of experimental procedures;5)inadequate analysis of experimental conclusions.Conclusion:The quality of reports on acupuncture treatment for LDH in animal experiments is currently low.It is recommended that future studies strictly adhere to the guidelines and checklists for experimental design and reporting.
