摘　　要：胆囊结石作为胆囊癌的重要危险因素,其发病率随着人民生活水平提高和年龄增长不断上升,并常伴有急慢性胆囊炎等并发症,目前其临床治疗以腹腔镜胆囊切除术为主,但仍存在争议,且有术后复发的风险。建立与中西医临床病证特点高度吻合的理想动物模型,是深入认识胆囊结石的病因病机的重要手段与临床诊断和治疗的重要参考。因此,本文对国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)、中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)、PubMed等数据库中胆囊结石相关动物实验的文献进行检索和整理归纳,总结阐述了目前国内外常见胆囊结石动物模型的动物种类和造模方法,并基于胆囊结石的中西医诊断标准对各个模型进行模型优缺点分析和临床症状与中医证候吻合度评价,以期为胆囊结石相关研究中动物模型的选择及应用提供参考。Gallbladder stones are a major risk factor for gallbladder cancer,with an increasing incidence due to improved living standards and aging populations.They are often accompanied by acute and chronic cholecystitis.Currently,laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the primary clinical treatment.However,it remains controversial and carries a risk of postoperative recurrence.Establishing an ideal animal model that closely aligns with the clinical characteristics of gallbladder stones in both traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine is crucial for understanding its etiology and pathogenesis,as well as for improving clinical diagnosis and treatment.This study systematically searched and analyzed literature on gallbladder stone-related animal experiments from databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and PubMed,summarized the commonly used animal species and modeling methods for gallbladder stones worldwide,and assessed advantages,limitations,and alignment of clinical symptoms with TCM syndromes of each model based on the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM,aiming to provide a reference for selecting and applying animal models in gallbladder stone research.
