摘　　要：心脑血管疾病病因病机复杂,是严重影响人类健康的危险疾病。近年来大量研究报道了炎症在促进心脑血管事件发生发展中发挥重要作用,靶向α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(α7nAChR)对抗炎症被认为是心脑血管疾病的新疗法。研究者通过采用迷走神经刺激和药物激活的干预深入探究α7nAChR在心脑血管疾病中发挥的作用和相关的分子机制,但上述2种干预方式在临床使用中面临诸多限制。针刺疗法作为具有千年传承的中医学,被证实可通过刺激迷走神经激活α7nAChR,且能产生与药物类非针刺疗法相似的作用,但是目前对针刺疗法在心脑血管疾病中通过激活α7nAChR的相关分子机制的认识相对较少,不利于提高针刺疗效。Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are complex in etiology and pathogenesis,posing significant threats to human health.In recent years,extensive studies have reported that inflammation plays a crucial role in the onset and progression of these diseases,and targeting theα7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor(α7nAChR)to counteract inflammation has emerged as a novel therapeutic approach.Researchers have explored the role ofα7nAChR in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and its underlying molecular mechanisms through interventions such as vagus nerve stimulation and pharmacological activation.However,these methods face various limitations in clinical applications.Acupuncture,a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy with a history spanning thousands of years,has been demonstrated to activateα7nAChR by stimulating the vagus nerve,exerting effects similar to those of pharmacological non-acupuncture therapies.Nevertheless,the molecular mechanisms underlying acupuncture′s activation ofα7nAChR in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases remain inadequately understood,hindering its therapeutic optimization.
