企业新质生产力发展与供应链韧性——基于全要素生产率和ESG视角的分析

摘　　要：在世界百年未有之大变局加速演进、国际经济政治格局深刻演化的背景下,我国供应链体系频现“堵链”“卡链”“断链”等风险隐患。新质生产力的培育和发展,为增强供应链韧性打开了关键窗口。以2013—2023年A股上市公司为研究样本,实证检验企业新质生产力发展对供应链韧性的影响及其作用路径。研究发现,新质生产力的发展显著增强了企业的供应链韧性,全要素生产率与ESG表现发挥了关键中介作用。异质性检验表明,该影响在大规模企业及市场化程度较低地区更为显著。Against the background of the accelerated evolution of the unprecedented changes in the world and the profound evolution of the international economic and political landscape,China's supply chain system has frequently seen risks such as blocking the chain,jamming the chain,breaking the chain,and so on.The cultivation and development of new quality productive forces has opened a key window for enhancing the resilience of supply chain.A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2023 are selected as the research sample to empirically examine the impact of new quality productive forces on supply chain resilience and its role path.It is found that the development of new quality productive forces significantly enhances firms'supply chain resilience,with total factor productivity and ESG performance playing a key mediating role.The heterogeneity test shows that the effect is more significant in large-scale enterprises and less market-oriented regions.
