摘　　要：现代化产业体系是全面建设现代化国家的重要物质基础,以DeepSeek为代表的人工智能大模型加速推动数字智能技术与各行各业的融合,为加快推动现代化产业体系建设提供了新的技术—经济范式。在基于DeepSeek构建的全新数字智能技术体系框架下,其价值效应已突破传统技术创新的市场价值边界,形成涵盖产业深度应用与传统产业转型升级的融合型赋能体系。具体而言,DeepSeek赋能现代化产业体系建设体现为以新的要素逻辑、新的技术逻辑、新的产业生态逻辑、新的治理逻辑实现现代化产业体系的赋能发展,表现为DeepSeek重塑数据要素的组合与倍增效应、强化颠覆式技术创新与场景创新的内在融合、塑造产业跨界融合新型数字生态以及助力产业治理能力现代化。加快推动以DeepSeek为基础的人工智能大模型赋能现代化产业体系,应围绕聚焦传统产业改造升级、聚焦新兴产业发展壮大以及聚焦未来产业孵化培育三大战略着力点构建实施路径,着力降低传统产业生产成本、提升数字新兴产业国际竞争力以及加速培育未来产业开放创新生态,进而构建与产业异质性特征相匹配的动态适配机制,实现技术赋能与产业演进的精准耦合。The modern industrial system is an important material foundation for the comprehensive construction of a modern country.The artificial intelligence model represented by DeepSeek accelerates the integration of digital intelligence technology with various industries,providing a new technological economic paradigm for accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system.Under the framework of the new digital intelligence technology system built on DeepSeek,its value effect has broken through the market value boundary of traditional technological innovation,forming an integrated empowerment system that covers the deep application of industries and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.Specifically,DeepSeek empowers the construction of a modern industrial system through new element logic,new technology logic,new industrial ecology and new governance logic.This is manifested in DeepSeek reshaping the combination and multiplication effect of data elements,strengthening the internal integration of disruptive technological innovation and scenario innovation,shaping a new digital ecology for cross-border integration of industries,and assisting in the modernization of industrial governance capabilities.To accelerate the empowerment of modern industrial systems with artificial intelligence models based on DeepSeek,an implementation path should be built around three strategic focus points:focusing on the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,focusing on the development and growth of emerging industries,and focusing on the incubation and cultivation of future industries.Efforts should be made to reduce the production costs of traditional industries,enhance the international competitiveness of digital emerging industries,and accelerate the cultivation of an open innovation ecosystem for future industries.Furthermore,a dynamic adaptation mechanism that matches the heterogeneity characteristics of industries should be constructed to achieve precise coupling between technological empowe
