摘 要:以一种轴流风机为研究对象,通过试验与数值模拟的方法,研究了叶顶小翼向前缘延伸对风机性能的影响。结果表明:叶顶小翼向前缘延伸显著降低了叶顶区域的泄漏率和泄漏涡的尺寸与强度,叶顶泄漏率降低了0.03%。Q准则识别下的涡结构中,从泄漏涡形成到脱落,每个时刻下泄漏涡的尺寸都更小,且泄漏涡涡核更靠近吸力面,减少了泄漏涡与主流的掺混作用,缩小了扰流范围,提高了风机的静压效率。同时,叶顶间隙和叶顶前缘位置的压力脉动幅值和压力脉动强度明显降低,压力脉动幅值分别降低了200 Pa和300 Pa,压力脉动强度分别降低了0.002和0.040,提升了流场稳定性。叶顶小翼向前缘延伸使风机在2~6 m^(3)/s流量范围内,静压效率得到提高,设计工况点(进口体积流量为5.2 m^(3)/s)的静压效率提升了1.02%。叶顶小翼向前缘延伸可使0~10 000 Hz所有频段下的噪音都得到改善,设计工况点的总声压级和总声功率级分别降低了1.5 dB(A)和1.7 dB(A)。An axial flow fan was taken as the research object,the influence of the leading edge extending of the tip winglet on the fan performance was studied through experiments and numerical simulations.The results show that extending the leading edge of the tip winglet significantly reduce the leakage rate and the size and intensity of the leakage vortex in the tip region,the tip leakage rate reduce by 0.03%.In the vortex structure identified by the Q criterion,the size of the leakage vortex is smaller at each moment from its formation to its shedding.Additionally,the vortex core is closer to the suction surface,reducing the mixing effect between the leakage vortex and the mainstream,narrowing the disturbance range,and improving the static pressure efficiency of the fan.At the same time,the amplitude and intensity of pressure pulsation at the tip clearance and the leading edge position of the tip are significantly reduce,with the pressure pulsation amplitude decrease by 200 Pa and 300 Pa,respectively,and the pressure pulsation intensity decrease by 0.002 and 0.040,respectively,enhancing the stability of the flow field.Extending the leading edge of the tip winglet improv the static pressure efficiency of the fan in the flow range of 2~6 m^(3)/s,with the static pressure efficiency at the design operating point(the inlet volume flow rate is 5.2 m^(3)/s)increase by 1.02%.Extending the leading edge of the tip winglet reduce noise in all frequency bands from 0~10000 Hz,with the total sound pressure level and total sound power level at the design operating point decrease by 1.5 dB(A)and 1.7 dB(A),respectively.
