摘 要:徐矿集团哈密大南湖五号井+170 m水平22号煤层顶底板均为软岩围岩,胶结性差、较破碎,煤层硬度低,裂隙及节理发育,造成巷道变形量大,掘进困难。为了提高回采巷道掘进效率,同时降低回采巷道后期维护成本,以22号煤层42204综采工作面回采巷道为研究对象,分析了原支护设计方案下巷道围岩变形破坏特征,针对性提出了工作面回采巷道支护优化方案,并在现场进行了应用。应用结果表明,该支护优化方案实施效果良好,实现了42204综采工作面回采巷道安全高效快速掘进。The roof and floor of+170 m level No.22 coal seam in of Dananhu No.5 mine in Hami,Xuzhou Coal Mining Group,are soft rock surrounding rock with poor cementation and relatively broken;the hardness of coal seam is low,and the fissures and joints are developed.It causes large deformation of the roadway and makes it difficult to drive.In order to improve the driving efficiency of mining roadway and reduce the later maintenance cost of mining roadway,taking No.42204 fully-mechanized mining face mining roadway of No.22 coal seam as the research object,the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock under the original supporting design scheme were analyzed.A targeted optimization scheme for the supporting of the mining face was proposed and applied on site.The application results show that the optimization supporting scheme has achieved good implementation effect,realizing safe,efficient and rapid driving of the No.42204 fully-mechanized mining face mining roadway.
