摘  要:巨厚煤层综放工作面由于丢煤率高,采空区空间大,采空区自然发火危险性高。为了更好地防止巨厚煤层综放工作面易自燃时期采空区自然发火,以准东二矿为例,建立了采空区多场耦合三维数值模型,对采空区气、热场分布规律进行了数值模拟,并通过现场实测数据进行了模型验证。在此基础上,利用响应面和数值模拟相结合的方法研究了堵(挡风帘堵漏)—注(注氮)协同防灭火措施的最佳技术参数。结果表明,注氮位置20 m,注氮量1260 m^(3)/h,进风侧挡风帘长度120 m、回风侧挡风帘长度120m时,堵—注协同防灭火效果最好。该参数设置下,采空区自燃带面积降低了21.6%,温度异常区面积降幅高达93.4%。研究结果对巨厚煤层自然发火防治具有重要的指导意义。Due to the high coal loss rate and large goaf space in the fully-mechanized caving face of ultra-thick coal seams,the risk of spontaneous combustion in the goaf is high.In order to better prevent the spontaneous combustion of goaf during the period of ultra-thick coal seam fully-mechanized caving working face,taking Zhundong No.2 Mine as an example and a three-dimensional numerical model of multi field coupling in goaf was established.The distribution law of gas and heat fields in goaf was numerically simulated,and the model was verified through on-site measurement data.On this basis,the optimal technical parameters of wind curtain plugging and nitrogen injection collaborative fire prevention and extinguishing measures were studied using a combination of response surface method and numerical simulation.The results showed that when the nitrogen injection position was 20 m,the nitrogen injection rate was 1260 m^(3)/h,and the length of the wind curtain on the intake airflow side was 120 m and the length of the wind curtain on the return airflow side was 120 m,the plugging and injection collaboration prevention and extinguishing effect was the best.Under this parameter setting,the area of the spontaneous combustion zone in the goaf decreased by 21.6%,and the area of the temperature anomaly zone decreased by as much as 93.4%.The research results have important guiding significance for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in ultra-thick coal seams.
