摘 要:燃煤质量检测样品在采集和保管过程中可能受到外界环境如湿度、温度等的影响,导致燃煤质量检测精度低。为此,研究基于原子发射光谱分析技术燃煤质量检测方法。首先搭建一个燃煤质量检测数据库,用于存储和管理燃煤样本的质量数据,通过采集燃煤样本并利用原子发射光谱分析技术测定其关键元素的含量,在此基础上进一步计算燃煤的浓度,从而实现对燃煤质量的全面检测。实验结果表明,在固定碳、空干基灰分、空干基挥发分、空干基高位发热量、空干基水分、空干基全硫、空干基氢、空干基氧以及空干基氮的测定中,该方法测定值结果不仅低于95%置信精密度临界值,而且相较于其他2种方法也有明显的优势。表明该方法在燃煤质量检测中具有较高的准确性和可靠性,能够更好地反映燃煤样本的真实质量状况。Coal-fired quality detection samples may be affected by external environment such as humidity and temperature during collection and storage,resulting in low accuracy of coal-fired quality detection.Therefore,a coal-fired quality detection method based on atomic emission spectrum analysis technology was studied.Firstly,a coal-fired quality detection database was built to store and manage the quality data of coal samples;then,by collecting coal samples and using atomic emission spectrum analysis technology,the content of its key elements was determined,on this basis,the concentration of coal-fired was further calculated,so as to achieve a comprehensive detection of coal-fired quality.The experimental results show that in the determination of fixed carbon,air-dried ash,air-dried volatiles,air-dried high calorific value,air-dried moisture,air-dried total sulfur,air-dried hydrogen,air-dried oxygen and air-dried nitrogen,the results of this method are not only lower than the critical value of 95%confidence precision,but also have obvious advantages compared with the other two methods.This shows that the method has high accuracy and reliability in coal-fired quality detection,and can better reflect the real quality of coal-fired samples.
