“墩式连拱”充填体抗压承载力计算及影响因素研究

摘  要:针对老空场的特点,提出“墩式连拱”充填支护处理老空区的新思路,通过FLAC的数值计算,验证了“墩式连拱”充填支护在老空区的应用是可行的。在此基础上,提出了“墩式连拱”充填体在横“OX”临界层破断状态下的承载力计算公式。计算结果显示,“墩式连拱”最小抗压承载力取决于关键层厚度、基本顶厚度等12项因子。通过Morris筛分法,选择8个因子对“墩式连拱”最小抗压承载力的敏感性。结果显示,关键层厚度、基本顶厚度、关键层极限垮落步距等对“墩式连拱”最小抗压承载力具有重要的作用;“墩式连拱”的最小抗压承载力受“O-X”破断顶板断裂角和基本顶固结长度的影响不大。“墩式连拱”充填体的施工模式为该地区的充填体施工奠定了一定的基础。A new idea of"multi-arch of pier column"filling supporting to treat old goaf was proposed based on the characteristics of old empty spaces.The feasibility of"multi-arch of pier column"filling supporting in old goaf was verified through numerical calculations using FLAC.On this basis,a formula for calculating the bearing capacity of the"multi-arch of pier column"filling body under the critical layer fracture state of horizontal"O-X"was proposed.The calculation results show that the minimum compressive bearing capacity of the"multi-arch of pier column"depends on 12 factors such as the thickness of the key layer and the main roof thickness.By using the Morris screening method,the sensitivity of 8 factors to the minimum compressive bearing capacity of"multi-arch of pier column"was selected.The results showed that the thickness of the key layer,the thickness of the main roof,and the ultimate collapse step of the key layer played an important role in the minimum compressive bearing capacity of"multi-arch of pier column";the minimum compressive bearing capacity of the"multi-arch of pier column"is not significantly affected by the fracture angle of the"O-X"broken roof and the main roof fixing length.The construction mode of"multi-arch of pier column"filling body has laid a certain foundation for the filling body construction in the region.
