摘 要:深部煤矿资源开采受“三高一扰动”耦合作用影响,底板水害威胁愈发严重。地面区域超前治理是水害防治的主要手段,采用注浆封堵潜在的导水通道是目前最常用和成熟的技术。受限于监测条件和复杂地质环境,可用于评价注浆的监测数据不足,如何表征浆液扩散范围及过程一直亟待解决。基于此,根据微震源参数,提出了考虑震源空间属性与震源机制的裂隙连通度指数,形成了微震数据驱动下的煤矿底板注浆效果表征方法。以谢桥煤矿X4孔组的底板注浆项目为试点,建立了用于注浆扩散范围可视化的三维模型。结果表明,大多数微震事件参与了标定浆液扩散范围并形成了清晰的浆液扩散包络和裂隙面。此外,通过XRD测试证明了评价结果的准确性和有效性。研究可推动微震监测技术在地下空间注浆的工程应用,优化评价浆液扩散范围及加固效果提供参考。Deep coal mining resources are affected by coupling effect of"three highs and one disturbance".The threat of water damage on floor becomes more and more serious.Ground area advance management is the main means for water damage prevention and control.Grouting to block potential water conduction channels is the most commonly used and mature technology at present.Due to limitations in monitoring conditions and complex geological environment,there is insufficient monitoring data for evaluating grouting and how to characterise spreading range and process of the slurry has always been in urgent need of a solution.Based on this,according to the microseismic source parameters,this study proposed a fissure connectivity index that considers the spatial attributes and mechanism of microseismic sources,and forms a microseismic data-driven method to characterise effect of grouting in coal mine floors.A 3D model for visualizing the diffusion range of grouting was established as a pilot project for the floor grouting of X4 hole group in Xieqiao Coal Mine.The results showed that most of the microseismic events were involved in calibrating the spreading extent of the slurry and formed clear slurry spreading envelopes and fracture surfaces.In addition,the accuracy and effectiveness of the evaluation results were proved by XRD tests.This study can promote the engineering application of microseismic monitoring technology in underground space grouting and provide reference for optimally evaluating the spreading range of the slurry and the reinforcement effect.
