摘 要:某矿9113工作面辅运破碎煤体区段由于漏风煤体发生氧化自燃并形成高温氧化区域,为有效防治煤体自燃以及高温氧化区域有毒有害气体外泄,利用一种新型无机封堵材料对其进行充填后再喷涂,封堵漏风裂隙。应用结果表明,新型无机封堵材料的应用,有效遏制了煤体自燃并避免了9113工作面受高温氧化区域气体外泄影响,消除了该区域煤自燃带来的潜在威胁。Due to the occurrence of oxidation and spontaneous combustion of the coal body in the auxiliary transportation and crushed coal of the No.9113 working face of a certain mine,a high-temperature oxidation area is formed.In order to effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion of the coal body and the leakage of toxic and harmful gases in the high-temperature oxidation area,a new type of inorganic sealing material was used to fill it and then spray it to seal the air leakage cracks.The application results show that the application of the new inorganic sealing material effectively curbs coal spontaneous combustion and avoids the impact of gas leakage from the high-temperature oxidation area in the No.9113 working face,eliminating the potential threat caused by coal spontaneous combustion in this area.
