摘 要:塔山煤矿前期应用宽煤柱留设方案,设计留设煤柱38~42 m,存在煤炭资源损失量大、巷道变形严重等问题。鉴于此,采用理论分析、工程类比、数值模拟相结合的方法,研究确立了小煤柱留设技术,沿空侧煤柱宽度为8m,并在该矿8204工作面进行了实践应用。应用结果表明,该技术在不影响煤柱防火、瓦斯治理的前提下,实现了沿空巷道避开应力集中区域,同时实现了煤炭资源更大限度的回采利用。The initial application of the wide coal pillar retention scheme in Taishan Coal Mine resulted in the design of coal pillars ranging from 38 to 42 meters,which caused significant loss of coal resources and severe deformation of the roadway.In view of this,the small coal pillar retention technology was studied and established by combining theoretical analysis,engineering analogy and numerical simulation.The width of the coal pillar along the empty side is 8 m,and it was practically applied in the No.8204 working face of the mine.The application result shows that this technology has realized the avoidance of the stress concentration area along the empty roadway affecting the fire prevention and gas control of the coal pillar,and has also realized the recovery and utilization of coal resources to a greater extent.
