摘 要:针对晋城矿区受小煤窑巷柱式开采所形成的旧采空区内煤层顶板赋存情况复杂问题,通过现场实践调研的方法,对圣华煤业1302工作面掘进期间及回采期间的顶板控制技术进行了研究。1302工作面掘进期间锚杆(索)等主动支护方式无法保证锚固力,采用工字钢棚被动支护的方式,在钢棚后背木板,棚顶梁采用钢梁横向支撑进行加强来防止顶梁发生扭曲的巷道围岩控制方法,实现对巷柱式开采所形成的空巷、空区、冒落区的针对性支护;1302工作面回采期间,采用预注浆方法在空区、冒落区形成工作面人工顶板。结果表明,1302工作面采掘期间围岩顶板得到了有效控制,通过复采增加矿井可采储量120万t,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。In response to the complex problem of coal seam roof occurrence in the old goaf formed by small coal mine roadway pillar mining in Jincheng mining area,the roof control technology during the excavation and mining period of the No.1302 working face of Shenghua Coal Industry was studied through on-site practical research.It was proposed that active supporting methods such as anchor rods(cables)cannot guarantee anchoring force during the excavation period of the No.1302 working face.Therefore,the passive supporting method ofⅠ-shaped steel shed was adopted,with wooden boards behind the steel shed and steel beams used to strengthen the roof beams to prevent deformation of the roof beams.The targeted supporting method for the empty roadway,goaf,and falling area formed by roadway pillar mining was realized;the method of pre grouting was proposed to form a false roof in the goaf and caving area during the mining period of the No.1302 working face.The results showed that the roof of the surrounding rock was effectively controlled during the excavation of the No.1302 working face,and the recoverable reserves of the mine were increased by 1.2 million tons through re-mining,achieving good economic and social benefits.
