摘　　要：《蒙旗旬刊》是民国时期东北政务委员会蒙旗处主办的、面向内蒙古东部地区发行的官方报刊。《蒙旗旬刊》在特定历史时期起到了稳定蒙旗社会、促进社会改良、反映社会现状的作用,其报刊理念、报道内容皆体现族际间相融合的生活图景。透过报刊的镜像能看见蒙旗社会中民族交往交流交融的社会实践,映照出中国作为多民族共同体的团结实景。During the Republic of China period(1912-1949),China suffered from imperialist aggression.Under the social status of poverty and weakness and the increasing trend of the border crisis,the border areas were not stable.Mengqi Magazine is a ten-day periodical established by the Northeast Committee in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia.In addition to stabilizing society condition,promoting social improvement and reflecting society,the official newspaper and periodical issued by the district were to publicize information outside the current situation of the meeting.The newspaper concept and the report content of Mengqi Ten-day Magazine all reflected the inter-ethnic phase and a harmonious picture of life.Through the mirror image of newspapers and periodicals,we can see the ethnic exchanges in society condition.The integration of social practices reflects the unity of China as a multi-ethnic community.
