摘　　要：随着城镇化的快速推进,城市治理现代化成为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键支撑。深刻理解城市治理规律、路径、模式构成等,成为推进中国式现代化的关键领域和重要基础。探索具有中国特色的城市治理道路,是“中国之治”在城市场域中的应有之义。接诉即办改革和以市民诉求驱动超大城市治理的北京探索,扭住“以人民为中心”这一发展思想,开启了人民城市建设的新探索。在不断深化改革实践进程中,北京市推动完善制度体系和提升治理效能,注重系统性、服务性、安全性和主动性,本质上构成了深化和创新人民城市理念的生动实践。未来,要进一步强化技术导向和过程导向的互动与双向赋能,通过构建人民城市友好型的数字治理生态,不断深化接诉即办改革,打造可持续的以市民诉求驱动的超大城市新模式。With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the modernization of urban governance has become an important part of modernization of national system and governance capacity.To forms a key area and important foundation for promoting Chinese modernization,it is crucial to deeply understand the rules,paths,and models of urban governance.Exploring an urban governance path with Chinese characteristics is an essential require-ment for“Governance of China”in the urban context.Beijing swift response to public complaints reform and Beijing’s exploration of megacity governance driven by citizens’demands,centering around the core concept of people-centered,have initiated a new exploration of building a people’s city.In the process of continuously deepening the reform practice,Beijing promotes the improvement of the institutional system and the enhance-ment of governance effectiveness,emphasizing systematicness,service-orientation,safety and initiative,which essentially constitutes a vivid practice of deepening and innovating the concept of a people’s city.In the future,it should further strengthen the interaction and two-way empowerment between the technology-orientation and the process-orientation.By building a people-city-friendly digital governance ecosystem,it can continuously deepen the swift response to public complaints reform and create a sustainable new model of megacity gover-nance driven by citizens’demands.
