摘  要:针对卫星在轨遭遇遥测丢失故障时缺乏系统性的恢复策略问题,文章提出了卫星在轨遥测丢失故障的恢复策略,建立了以故障原因分类、故障根源定位、应对恢复策略三层模型组成的遥测丢失故障原因分类及对策树状分解图,在故障根源定位层面,根据遥测丢失故障原因分类制定相应的具体恢复策略,包括星上软件故障诊断、隔离与恢复(FDIR)和地面遥控恢复两种不同的方式,针对每一种方式分析了恢复策略的逻辑流程。经过卫星在轨实际工况的验证,结果表明:卫星在轨遥测丢失恢复策略能够及时有效地恢复卫星遥测,降低了卫星在轨遥测丢失故障的影响。文章还探讨了卫星遥测丢失故障处理对策的智能化、自主化的发展方向,可以为在轨卫星故障恢复策略的设计提供参考。In response to the lack of systematic recovery strategies for telemetry loss problem encountered by satellites in orbit.A systematic recovery strategy is proposed by establishing a tree decomposition diagram of telemetry loss fault cause classification and countermeasures,consisting of a three-layer model of fault cause classification,fault root localization,and response and recovery strategy.At the level of fault root localization,specific recovery strategies are formulated based on the classification of telemetry loss fault causes,including satellite software FDIR(fault detection,isolation and recovery)autonomous fault diagnosis and recovery strategies,as well as ground manual command recovery methods.The logical flow of recovery strategies is analyzed for each method and verified by in-orbit operation practice.As a result,the proposed recovery strategy is demonstrated to be available in real time to recover telemetry,and mitigates the impact on telemetry loss fault.The development direction of countermeasures for satellite telemetry loss faults is discussed by improving the intelligence and autonomy of onboard software,which can provide reference for the design of in orbit satellite fault recovery.
