摘 要:针对航天器研制任务剧增带来的资源冲突日趋严重的问题,从项目管理与组织管理相结合的角度,提出了一种融合关键链方法(CCM)、多代理系统(MAS)和合作博弈协商机制的航天器多项目进度管理方法,采用关键链方法并将航天器研制所需资源分为本地资源和全局资源,并为单项目关键链上使用全局资源的活动前后设置共享缓冲,通过合作博弈协商机制开展多项目间全局资源冲突协调,可以有效降低全局资源分配不确定性对项目进度计划的影响,提升航天器多项目进度管理的整体目标。结合航天器多项目进度管理的特点,基于MAS建立了自下向上再向下的重复迭代式多项目进度管理流程和管理模型,并通过具体应用示例证实了方法的有效性,提出的航天器多项目进度管理方法可以为后续类似多项目进度管理和优化提供参考。In response to the increasingly severe resource conflicts caused by the surge in spacecraft development tasks,a spacecraft multi-project schedule management method is proposed from the perspective of integrating project management and organizational management.This method combines multi-agent systems(MAS),critical chain method(CCM),and cooperative game negotiation mechanisms.The critical chain technology is employed,and the resources required for spacecraft development are divided into local resources and global resources.Shared buffers are set before and after activities on the critical chain of a single project that use global resources.Through the cooperative game negotiation mechanism,global resource conflicts among multiple projects are coordinated,effectively reducing the impact of global resource allocation uncertainty on project schedules and improving the overall objectives of multi-project schedule management for spacecraft.Considering the characteristics of multi-project schedule management for spacecraft,a bottom-up and then top-down iterative multi-project schedule management process and model are established based on MAS.The effectiveness of the method is verified through specific application examples.The proposed spacecraft multi-project schedule management method can provide valuable references for similar multi-project schedule management and optimization in the future.
